    • Free Shipping on orders over CAD $49 (before tax)

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
    Canadian deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

    You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • At this time, we ship within Canada only.
    However, Girl Nation partners with retailers around the world.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return within 14 days of your purchase.
    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and free of any signs of wear.

    For hygienic reasons, earrings that show signs of use cannot be returned.

  • For returns due to change of mind or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    However, if we sent an incorrect item or the product has a manufacturing issue, we cover all shipping costs and provide a free exchange or replacement.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item.
    We will review the issue and provide a free replacement or exchange.

    You will not be required to return the damaged item unless needed for review.

  • Yes. Our products are nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, and made with materials that are safe for kids.Girl Nation jewelry is crafted using hypoallergenic metals, designed to be gentle and comfortable even for sensitive skin.

  • Yes. All Girl Nation products undergo regular testing by a third-party accredited laboratory to ensure compliance with ASTM F2923-20 – Standard Specification for Consumer Product Safety for Children’s Jewelry.

    This standard verifies that our jewelry meets strict requirements for safety, durability, and the absence of harmful metals.

Jewelry Care

  • Girl Nation earrings are designed to be durable and beautiful, but gentle care will help them last even longer.

    • Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfume, or lotions.
    • After wearing, wipe gently with a soft cloth before storing.
    • Remove earrings before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
    • Store in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry pouch or box.

  • Our earrings are water-resistant for everyday wear, but they are not fully waterproof. Frequent exposure to water may shorten the lifespan of the plating or enamel, so we recommend removing earrings before showering, swimming, or water activities.
