Return and Refund Policy
We want you and your little one to be happy with every piece from Girl Nation Canada. If something isnโt quite right, weโre here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30ย days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and in new condition

In their original packaging (gift box, card, backing, tags, etc.)

Purchased directly from girlnation.ca
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened:

Earrings for pierced ears (studs, leverbacks, hoops designed for pierced ears)

Stick-on earrings and opened sticker packs

Any item marked as โFinal Saleโ or sold at a deep discount

Gift cards
Clip-on earrings, bracelets, necklaces and hair accessories may be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weโll email you to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds may take 5โ10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider
If a return is not approved (for example, items are worn, damaged, or missing packaging), the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style, please request a refund (where eligible) and place a new order.
